Deal sync is the foundation of Hindsight’s analysis. Connect your CRM, meeting tools, and sales platforms to automatically import deals and related data for AI analysis. Deal syncs are free and unlimited. They run automatically every 12 hours to keep your data up-to-date.

Supported Integrations

  • CRM Systems: Salesforce, HubSpot
  • Meeting Tools: Gong, Outreach Kaia, Clari Copilot, Chorus, Fathom, Zoom, etc.
  • Communication: Slack, email integration
  • Other Tools: Zapier for custom connections

Setup Process

  1. Connect Your CRM: OAuth integration with automatic field mapping
  2. Configure Filters: Choose which deals to sync (stage, owner, amount, etc.)
  3. Turn Fields Off: Turn off irrelevant CRM fields and properties to streamline data
  4. Import Deals: Wait for automation criteria to be met (e.g., deal stage changes) or manually import deals
